Steps of opening machines

Quality control

1. To inspect the appearance of every 10 die products.

2. To throw the defective products into the grinder if serious shortages are found such as the lack of material, flapping, burr, oil, hole sealing in the process of self-inspection.

3. Continually defective products should be reported to the technician on duty for resolution.

4. On duty patrol, send product samples to test department for performance test every shift, report to technician immediately if performance is abnormal.

5. For quality problems that cannot be solved for more than one shift, the quality supervisor should coordinate multi-department discussion and analysis to solve them.

Contingency plan

1. If any equipment problem is found, the shift leader or workshop supervisor should be on duty immediately.

2. Any unsafe factors should be reported immediately to the mechanic or workshop supervisor on duty.

3. If it is found that unqualified products are mixed into the finished products, the inspector should mark "unqualified" immediately, and the operator is responsible for rework.

4. In case of power failure, fire and other situations, the monitor should organize employees to evacuate to the safety area outside the workshop.

Maintenance requirements

1. Do not drop plastic particles, cable ties, and packing materials on the ground.

2. Unused tools and tooling should be evacuated in time, and what is needed should be placed in a reasonable location.

3. To keep equipment and floor clean.
