How it works?

Injection molding is based on the plastic thermophysical properties. Put  the material into the barrel from the hopper, and heat the barrel by the heating ring heating to melt the material.

Under the action of the screw, the material is transported and compacted forward along the screw groove. The material is plasticized, fused and homogenized gradually under the dual action of external heat and screw shear.

When the screw rotates, the material in the screw groove friction and shear force under the action of the molten material has been pushed to the head of the screw, at the same time, the screw in the reaction force of the material back, so that the screw head to form a storage space, complete the plasticizing process.

Then, the screw in the injection cylinder piston rod thrust, at high speed, high pressure, the storage chamber of molten material through the nozzle into the mold cavity.

After the material in the cavity is pressed, cooled and solidified, the mold opens the mold under the action of the mold closing mechanism, and the finished products are pushed out from the mold through the ejector.

Plastic from the solid material through the hopper into the barrel, through the plasticizing melting stage, until the injection, pressure, cooling, mold opening, top out products fall and other processes, all according to the strict automation procedures.

As a hydraulic system with high voltage, mechanical movement, high pressure and high speed, the safety protection must not be careless when operating. The safety circuit setting on the injection molding machine shall meet the following requirements:

• The machine cannot be restarted suddenly when the emergency stop is lifted.
• In case the safety circuit of the machine fails, the power supply of the machine can be stopped.
• The machine cannot be started again when the safety circuit break down.
